Why YH35 yard access needs more than a gate measurement
An outdoor storage yard can contain a generous entrance and still offer an unsuitable forklift route. The difficult point may be a ninety-degree turn beside stored goods, a transition between surfaces or a doorway beyond the unloading area. YH35 yard access should be surveyed from the pickup point through to final pallet placement. Its published 1,590 mm width helps screen restrictions, but does not define the working space required with a load.
Prepare a route drawing that identifies each surface, bend, doorway and placement area. Add photographs of the transitions and the narrowest points. YH35 yard access then becomes a sequence of specific questions the supplier and site team can review, rather than a broad request for a machine that can work outside. A rough terrain forklift category description does not approve every outdoor surface. The captured YH35 specification identifies diesel power, so include the operating environment in the route assessment.

YH35 yard access with forks and a carried load
The captured specification lists 3,235 mm overall length without forks and 4,455 mm with forks. Overall width is 1,590 mm. The difference between the two published lengths is 1,220 mm, but that subtraction should not be treated as an independently confirmed fork dimension. Ask for the quoted fork details and the measurement references. YH35 yard access needs the actual fitted equipment envelope.
For an illustrative straight opening of 2,000 mm, subtracting 1,590 mm leaves 410 mm in total, or 205 mm each side if centred. That is only arithmetic. It does not establish adequate YH35 because turning, load width, surface conditions and required clearances have not been assessed. Mark the opening as a measured constraint, then obtain a suitable route review.
Investigate the right-angle approach parameter
The YH35 table gives 5,585 mm under the label 'Maximum Right-Angle Channel Width' and 3,720 mm under 'Maximum Turning Radius'. Preserve those labels when asking questions: neither should silently be rewritten as a verified minimum loaded stacking aisle. YH35 yard access depends on what each dimension represents and which load and fork arrangement was used to establish it.
Keep clearance for withdrawal and the next movement in the same drawing. A truck might reach a pallet but have no practical route out once another load occupies the adjacent position. Review YH35 under the normal storage arrangement, including the stock levels expected during busy periods. A trial conducted in an empty corner should be recorded as a trial of that corner, not an approval of the whole yard.
| Published parameter | YH35 value | Survey question |
|---|---|---|
| Overall width | 1,590 mm | What width controls with the actual load? |
| Length with forks | 4,455 mm | What space is needed for approach and withdrawal? |
| Maximum turning radius | 3,720 mm | Which reference and configuration does this describe? |
| Maximum right-angle channel width | 5,585 mm | What load and measurement conditions apply? |
| Ground clearance | 285 mm | Which route transitions need further assessment? |
| Overhead guard height | 2,370 mm | What vertical clearance is needed throughout the route? |
YH35 yard access across changing surfaces
The table lists 285 mm ground clearance, a 1,950 mm wheelbase and pneumatic tyres, with 12-16.5 tyre sizes front and rear. These facts are relevant to a route discussion, but they do not approve potholes, kerbs or soft ground. YH35 yard access should include the transitions between concrete, gravel and other surfaces, particularly where drainage or repeated vehicle traffic changes their condition.
Define when the route will be reassessed. A yard may change with weather, construction work or stock movements. YH35 is therefore more useful as a managed route plan than as a one-time photograph. If the assessment depends on repairing a transition or excluding a damaged area, record that condition before accepting the equipment proposal.

Keep slope capability separate from working permission
The product table lists a maximum climbing slope under full load of 30%. A percentage gradient is not the same as degrees: 30% means a rise of 0.30 units for one horizontal unit. Do not confuse this with a 30° slope claim. For YH35 yard access, request the relevant travel instructions and conditions for the actual machine rather than treating the website entry as a site limit.
Do not use the listed maximum operating speeds of 30 km/h without load and 28 km/h under full load to set a yard speed. Appropriate site controls depend on the route, visibility, pedestrians and conditions. YH35 planning should identify crossings and restricted-visibility areas and arrange a suitable traffic system before normal use. Maximum specification values are not operating targets.
Overhead envelopes for YH35 yard access
Three different height entries appear in the table: mast height not lifted at 2,310 mm, overhead guard height at 2,370 mm and maximum height during operation at 4,310 mm. These values answer different geometry questions. YH35 yard access beneath a canopy needs the travelling configuration assessed; stacking near a beam needs the operating envelope assessed as well.
The listed 3,000 mm lifting height is not a promise that every shelf at that height can be served beneath a 4,310 mm obstruction. Clearance, mast extension, load and attachment all need consideration. Have YH35 yard access and stacking geometry reviewed together, especially where the load is raised near structures or overhead services. Keep the resulting restrictions visible in the site plan.
Connect pallet geometry with the stated load centre
A 3,500 kg rated capacity at a 500 mm load centre provides more information than an isolated mass figure, but it still needs the applicable capacity documents. Provide the packed load mass, its dimensions and centre of gravity. YH35 yard access must consider whether a load can both travel through the route and be handled in the proposed configuration; geometric fit alone does not resolve lifting capacity.
The captured table leaves fork adjustment range and free lifting height unfilled. Ask for those details if your pallet spacing or overhead arrangement depends on them. In a YH35 yard access comparison, record missing parameters as open questions. A blank field is not evidence of a feature, and a photograph cannot establish its dimensions or capacity conditions.
Agree a representative route review before placing the order
Choose an actual load family and the most constrained regular route for the supplier discussion. Show both normal and difficult surface conditions, with measurements at bends and placement points. Ask MINGYU to confirm the YH35 configuration and explain the right-angle channel-width label, fork details and applicable capacity information. YH35 yard access questions should be answered against that drawing rather than a general statement about off-road performance.
The quotation should identify the tyre and mast package, supporting documents and any site changes assumed in the proposal. Match those items at handover. A completed YH35 yard access review gives purchasing a clear technical scope and operations a route with known conditions. If storage positions, attachments or loads change later, revisit the affected parts of that review.

Questions fréquemment posées
Is YH35 yard access established by its 1,590 mm width?
No. The load, steering movement, clearance, surface and overhead envelope also matter. Measure the full route and obtain an assessment for the actual configuration.
Can the 5,585 mm channel-width entry be used as a minimum aisle?
The captured label is 'Maximum Right-Angle Channel Width'. Request its meaning, reference points and load conditions before applying it to a storage layout.
Does 285 mm ground clearance approve rough routes?
No. It is a dimension, not evidence of surface strength, traction or stability. YH35 yard access requires assessment of transitions, slopes and changing ground conditions.
Is the full-load climbing entry 30 degrees?
No. The captured table states 30%, which is a percentage gradient. Obtain the machine's travel instructions and site assessment rather than using that entry as working permission.
What should a YH35 yard access enquiry contain?
Send route and pallet-approach drawings, surface photographs, overhead measurements and load-centre information. Ask for the exact fork, mast and tyre configuration with relevant documents.
